To reach Kamiranzovu Swamp by car, drive towards the Uwinka Visitor Center in Nyungwe Forest National Park. From there, follow the signs to Kamiranzovu Swamp. The drive from Kigali to the park takes approximately 4-6 hours. Park entry fees are USD 100 per person per day. A vehicle and driver/guide can cost USD 80-250 and USD 50 per day, respectively.

To reach Kamiranzovu Swamp using public transport, take a bus from Kigali to Nyungwe Forest National Park. Buses depart from Nyabugogo bus terminal. Get off at the Uwinka Visitor Center and inquire about transportation options to Kamiranzovu Swamp. Alternatively, hire a local guide to lead you to the swamp. Bus fare from Kigali to Nyungwe Forest is approximately 5,000-10,000 RWF. Expect to pay around 2,000 RWF for a motorcycle taxi ('moto') from Gisenyi to Colline Ibanda.
