Hiking
From the Giant Forest area, head towards the Congress Trail, which will lead you through the majestic giant sequoias. Follow the trail signs to the General Sherman Tree, the largest tree on Earth. Continue on the Congress Trail until you reach the intersection with the Moro Rock Trail. At this point, you can choose to hike to Moro Rock for stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. After enjoying the vista, return to the Congress Trail and continue towards Crescent Meadow. From there, take the High Sierra Trail, which will lead you deeper into the Sequoia-Kings Canyon Wilderness. Make sure to carry a map or download a trail app to assist with navigation as the paths can vary.

Public Transit
If you are starting from the Park Headquarters in Three Rivers, you can take the Sequoia Shuttle service. Board the shuttle that takes you to the Giant Forest Museum.
