Start at the Lodgepole Visitor Center, which is a central hub in Sequoia National Park. From the Visitor Center, take the trailhead towards the Twin Lakes Trail. Follow the Twin Lakes Trail for approximately 3.5 miles. Pay attention to the trail markers. As you approach the Twin Lakes area, look for the signs directing you towards Cattle Cabin. The cabin is about 1 mile past the lakes, located near Cir Meadow Loops, which should be clearly marked. The hike is moderate, so be prepared with water and snacks.

Alternatively, you can start at the Crescent Meadow parking area. From there, take the Crescent Meadow Trail, which leads you through beautiful meadows and groves of giant sequoias.
