Walking
If you are staying in the Avarua area, start by heading east on the main road (Ara Tapu) towards Avatiu. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Avatiu Harbor. Continue walking along the waterfront until you see the Raro Reef Sub office, which is located near the harbor. Look for a sign that says 'Raro Reef Sub' and the address is in Avarua.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Avarua. Head east on Ara Tapu towards Avatiu. It’s a flat route and should take you approximately 10 minutes to reach Avatiu Harbor. Park your bike near the Raro Reef Sub office once you arrive. The office is located by the waterfront.

You can take a local bus from various points in Takitumu to Avarua. Look for a bus that is heading towards Avarua and get off at the Avarua Market stop. From the market, walk east towards Avatiu. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the harbor, where you will find the Raro Reef Sub office.
