If you are driving, head towards Racines di Dentro, 11, 39040 Stanghe BZ. From Bolzano, take the A22 motorway towards Brennero. Exit at Sterzing (Vipiteno) and follow the signs for Racines. Continue on the SS44 road, which will lead you directly to Stanghe. Once you arrive in Stanghe, look for parking areas nearby as the trailhead is accessible from the village.

To reach Sentiero per Cascate di Stanghe using public transport, start by taking a train to Vipiteno (Sterzing) from major cities like Bolzano or Bressanone. From Vipiteno, transfer to a local bus (Line 313) heading towards Racines. The bus will take you to Racines di Dentro. Get off at the stop closest to the trailhead, and from there, follow the signs to the entrance of the Gilfenklamm Gorge.

Once you arrive at the bus stop in Racines di Dentro, it is a short walk to the entrance of the Sentiero per Cascate di Stanghe. Follow the signs directing you towards the Gilfenklamm. The trailhead is clear and well-marked, leading you to the beautiful waterfalls and gorges.
