Walking
From the main square, Piazza del Comune, head south on Via Giacomo Matteotti. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via San Francesco. Turn right onto Via San Francesco and walk for about 200 meters until you reach the Basilica di San Francesco. From there, take the bus from the stop near the basilica (Bus Line 8 towards Trevi) which will take you to Trevi. Once you arrive at Trevi, walk towards the Abbazia di San Pietro in Bovara, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

From Assisi, go to the bus station located near the train station. Take the bus to Trevi (check the local schedule for departures). Once you arrive in Trevi, get off at the main bus stop. From there, you can either take a short taxi ride or walk towards the Abbazia di San Pietro in Bovara, which is about 1.5 kilometers away. The walk will take approximately 20 minutes.
