Walking
From the center of Assisi, start at the Basilica di San Francesco. Head east on Via Frate Elia until you reach Via San Francesco. Turn left onto Via San Francesco, continuing straight until you reach the intersection with Via Santa Chiara. Turn right onto Via Santa Chiara, then take the first left onto Via delle Baccanella. Follow this road until you reach the end of the street, where you'll see the signs for Madonna della Stella. Continue straight, and the sanctuary will be on your left after a short walk.

Public Transport
Take a local bus from the main bus station in Assisi (Piazza Matteotti). Look for bus number 51 which goes towards Vocabolo Madonna della Stella. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Vocabolo Madonna della Stella stop, and you will see the sanctuary a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle in Assisi. Start at the central Piazza del Comune and head towards Via San Francesco. Continue following the road towards Via Santa Chiara, then take Via delle Baccanella. Follow the bike-friendly paths towards Vocabolo Madonna della Stella, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. There are bike racks available near the sanctuary.
