Turn right onto Via delle Lettere and continue until you reach the end of the street, where it meets Via di Collazzi. Go straight and follow the road as it curves to the left, becoming Via di Cagnano. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the outskirts of Montepulciano. Follow the signs towards Siena, and soon you will find yourself at the bus stop for Siena, where you can catch a bus that will take you directly to the Pinacoteca Nazionale di Siena, located at Via S. Pietro, 29. The museum is just a short walk from the bus station in Siena.
