Car
If you're driving in Hitachi, take Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for the expressway and continue on it for about 130 kilometers. Once you approach Tokyo, take the exit for Route 4 towards Sumida City. Continue on Route 4 until you reach Azumabashi. There is limited parking available near the 北十間川 (Kita Jyukken-gawa) area, so plan accordingly. Expect to pay around 500 to 1000 yen for parking, depending on the duration.

Public Transportation
From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. Disembark at Ueno Station. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Asakusa Station. Get off at Asakusa Station and transfer to the Toei Asakusa Line heading towards Oshiage (Skytree). Get off at Oshiage Station and take a 15-minute walk to 北十間川 (Kita Jyukken-gawa) located at 1 Chome-24 Azumabashi, Sumida City. The total transportation cost is around 1,500 yen (including transfers).
