For those using public transportation, start by heading to Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. The journey will take about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and travel to Asakusa Station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Sumida River Walk located at 1 Chome Mukojima, Sumida City. Look for signs directing you towards the river walk.
