Car
If you're driving from central Kai, take Route 20 towards Kofu. After about 15 kilometers, merge onto the Chuo Expressway. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers, then take the exit for Tokyo. Follow the signs for the Shinjuku area, merging onto Route 4. Once you reach Sumida City, look for signs directing you to Mukojima. Kototoi Bridge is located at Mukojima, 1 Chome, just off the main thoroughfare. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee (typically around 500-1000 JPY for a few hours).

Public Transportation (Train)
From Kai, take the JR Chuo Line train towards Tokyo. Change trains at Shinjuku Station to the JR Sobu Line (Rapid) towards Chiba. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at Ryogoku Station. From there, transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and get off at the Kuramae Station. Exit the station and walk towards the Sumida River. Kototoi Bridge is about a 15-minute walk from Kuramae Station, directly across the river. A one-way train ticket from Kai to Ryogoku costs around 1,500 JPY.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the center of Kai, take a local bus to Kofu Station. From Kofu Station, board an express bus to Tokyo Station. Once at Tokyo Station, transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and get off at Kuramae Station. Exit the station and head towards the Sumida River where Kototoi Bridge is located. The bus fare from Kai to Tokyo is approximately 2,500 JPY. The total travel time can take around 2 to 2.5 hours.
