If you are driving, start from central Hitachi and head towards National Route 6. Drive south for approximately 50 kilometers. Once you reach the Taito area in Tokyo, look for signs directing you to Ueno Park. The Sogakudo Concert Hall is located at 12-8 Uenokoen within the park. Parking might be available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees.

To reach the Sogakudo Concert Hall via public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, follow the signs to the Park Exit (Park Exit is also called 'Koen-guchi'). After exiting, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Ueno Park. The Sogakudo Concert Hall is located inside the park at 12-8 Uenokoen.

If you prefer to take a bus, start from Hitachi Station and take the highway bus to Tokyo Station. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and travel to Ueno Station. After reaching Ueno Station, exit through the Park Exit and walk straight for about 10 minutes into Ueno Park. The Sogakudo Concert Hall will be on your left at 12-8 Uenokoen.
