If you're driving, start by heading south on Route 3 from the center of Iki. Continue on Route 3 until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Fukuoka and follow the signs to Route 19. Continue on Route 19 until you see signs for Chino. Take the exit for Chino, and then follow the local roads to Miyagawa. Jinchōkan Moriya Historical Museum is located at 389-1 Miyagawa, Chino, Nagano. There is parking available nearby. Note that the ferry ride may incur a cost, typically around 1,500 yen per passenger.

For public transportation, take a bus from the center of Iki to the ferry terminal. Once at the ferry terminal, board the ferry to Fukuoka. After reaching Fukuoka, take a train to Chino Station. From Chino Station, you can take a local bus or taxi to Miyagawa. The museum is approximately 2 km from the station, so a taxi might be more convenient if you have luggage. Ensure to check the ferry and train schedules in advance to plan your trip effectively. The total cost for the ferry and train could be around 3,000 yen.
