If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Iki. Use Route 382 heading towards the ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal, take the ferry to Nagasaki. From Nagasaki, drive towards Suwa, Nagano on Route 19. Follow the signs to Suwa Taisha Kamisha Treasury located at 1 Nakasu, Suwa, Nagano 392-0015. Parking is available nearby, and may incur a small fee.

To reach Suwa Taisha Kamisha Treasury via public transportation, start by taking a local bus or taxi from your accommodation in Iki to the ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Nagasaki. After arriving in Nagasaki, take the JR Nagasaki Line to Chuo Station. From Chuo Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Main Line and continue to Suwa Station. Once at Suwa Station, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a local bus (check schedules for routes 1 and 2) to Nakasu. The treasury is located at 1 Nakasu, Suwa, Nagano 392-0015.
