    If you are traveling by car, head towards Oshima Island, which is accessible via ferry from the mainland. The nearest ferry terminal is in Takeshiba, Tokyo. Once on Oshima, follow the signs towards Motomachi. The Mt. Mihara Top Trailhead is located at Uenoyama-622 Motomachi, Oshima, Tokyo 100-0101. You can park your car at the designated parking area near the trailhead. Note that parking fees may apply.

  • Public Transport

    To reach Mt. Mihara Top Trailhead using public transportation, take a train to the Shinagawa Station in Tokyo. From there, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line heading towards Atami. Get off at Atami Station and then take a bus to the Oshima Ferry Terminal. Take the ferry to Oshima Island. Once you arrive at Motomachi Port, take the local bus or a taxi to Uenoyama-622 Motomachi, where the trailhead is located.
