Getting There

    If you're driving, take Route 9 towards Taishacho from central Izumo. Follow the signs for Izumo Taisha, which will lead you directly to the shrine. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Parking is available near the shrine, but be aware that there may be a parking fee that can range from 300 to 500 yen.
