If you are driving from Tokyo, take the Kanetsu Expressway (関越自動車道) towards Nagano. Follow the signs for Karuizawa and take the Karuizawa IC exit. Once you exit, continue on Route 18 and follow the signs to Karuizawa Kazakoshi Park. The park's address is 〒389-0113 Nagano, Kitasaku District, Karuizawa, 発地１１５７−６. Note that there may be tolls on the expressway, typically around ¥2,000 to ¥3,000 depending on your starting point.

To reach Karuizawa Kazakoshi Park via public transport, start by taking the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo Station to Karuizawa Station. The journey takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Karuizawa Station, take the North Exit and catch a local bus (Karuizawa Kanko Bus) towards Kazakoshi Park. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. It's advisable to check the bus schedule in advance as they may not run frequently. A one-way train ticket will cost around ¥6,000.

From Nagano City, you can also take an express bus to Karuizawa. The bus departs from the Nagano Station and it takes approximately 1 hour to reach Karuizawa. Once you’re in Karuizawa, you can take a taxi or the local bus to reach Kazakoshi Park. The bus fare from Nagano to Karuizawa is about ¥1,500.
