If you are traveling by car, start your journey on the Meishin Expressway. Take the exit toward Higashiosaka from the expressway and merge onto Route 170. Follow Route 170 for approximately 5 kilometers, then turn left onto Kamiishikiricho. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see Ishikiritsurugiya Shrine Uenosha on your left at 1 Chome-10-24 Kamiishikiricho, Higashiosaka, Osaka 579-8012. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for possible parking fees.

Train and Walk
To reach Ishikiritsurugiya Shrine Uenosha by public transportation, take the Kintetsu Nara Line from Namba Station or Osaka Uehommachi Station to Higashi Osaka Station. From Higashi Osaka Station, exit the station and walk approximately 20 minutes. Head northwest on Route 8, then turn right onto Kamiishikiricho. The shrine will be on your right at 1 Chome-10-24 Kamiishikiricho, Higashiosaka, Osaka 579-8012. Alternatively, you can take a local bus from the station, which may incur a small fare.

If you prefer to take a bus, from Osaka Station, board the bus heading to Higashiosaka. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Kamiishikiricho bus stop, and from there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the shrine. Follow the signs to 1 Chome-10-24 Kamiishikiricho, and you will find Ishikiritsurugiya Shrine Uenosha.
