If you are traveling by car, start from Osaka city center. Take the Hanshin Expressway and merge onto the Route 30 (Kinki Expressway) towards Nara. Follow the signs to Higashiosaka, and exit at the Higashi-Ishikiri Interchange. From the interchange, follow the signs for Ishikiri Sando. The shrine approach and shopping street are located approximately 10 minutes from the interchange. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that some lots may charge a fee.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Ishikiri Sando via public transportation, first take the Kintetsu Nara Line from Osaka Namba Station to Higashi-Osaka Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. From Higashi-Osaka Station, transfer to the Kintetsu Osaka Line and take a train towards Namba. Get off at Ishikiri Station, which is the closest station to the shrine. The shopping street can be reached by a 10-minute walk from the station. Look for the signs directing you to Ishikiri Sando.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, if you prefer to travel by bus, you can take the Osaka City Bus from Osaka Station. Board the Route 71 bus, which heads towards Ishikiri. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the Ishikiri Sando bus stop. From there, it is a short stroll to the shrine approach and shopping street, which should take about 5 minutes on foot.
