Car
If you are driving from the center of Koshi, head south on Route 3. Continue for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach Yamaga City. Take the exit towards Yamaga and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to the Yamaga Lantern Folk Art Museum. There is a parking lot available at the museum, which is free of charge.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Koshi Station, take the Nishitetsu bus (Route 1) towards Yamaga. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes, and buses run every 30 minutes. Get off at the Yamaga Onsen bus stop. From there, the museum is a 10-minute walk. Just head north on the main road until you see signs for the Yamaga Lantern Folk Art Museum.

Take the JR Hohi Line from Koshi Station to Yamaga Station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. After arriving at Yamaga Station, exit and board a local bus towards Yamaga Onsen.
