From central Kyoto, take Route 1 south towards Fushimi Ward. Continue on Route 1 for about 5 kilometers. As you approach Fushimi Ward, look for signs directing you to Fujinomori Shrine. Turn left onto Fukakusa Toriizakicho, and you will find the shrine on your left at 609 Fukakusa Toriizakicho.
