From Kyoto Station, board the Kyoto City Bus #205 or #17. Both buses will take you towards the Higashiyama area. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, and get off at the 'Sanjō Keihan' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the Sanjō Ōhashi Bridge, which is about a 5-minute walk. You will see the bridge ahead as you approach the Kamo River.

Take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station and get off at 'Shijo Station'. Transfer to the Hankyu Kyoto Line and ride to 'Karasuma Station'. After exiting, walk east to reach the Sanjō Ōhashi Bridge, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow the main road heading east, and you will arrive at the bridge crossing the Kamo River.
