    If you are driving from central Mutsu, head northwest on Route 2 towards Aomori. After about 30 minutes, take the exit towards Maruyama-305 Sannai. Follow the signs for San'nai-Maruyama iseki. The site is located at Maruyama-305 Sannai, Aomori, 038-0031. There is free parking available at the site.

    From Mutsu Station, take the Tsugaru Railway bound for Aomori Station. Transfer at Goshogawara Station to the Konan Railway and take the train towards Hachinohe. Get off at Sannai Station. From Sannai Station, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the San'nai-Maruyama iseki Special Historical Site. Make sure to check the train schedule, as services may not be very frequent. A one-way ticket from Mutsu to Sannai Station costs approximately 1,000 yen.
