Cultural Path Hyakka Hyakuso: A Journey Through History

Getting There

• Subway

  If you are starting at Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (the yellow line) towards Fujigaoka. After 4 stops, get off at Sakae Station. At Sakae Station, transfer to the Meijo Line (the purple line) and head towards Nagoya Dome-mae Yada. Get off at the next stop, which is Yabacho Station. From Yabacho Station, take Exit 1 and head north along Hisaya Odori Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Shirakabe Street. Turn left onto Shirakabe Street, and after a short walk, you will find Cultural Path Hyakka Hyakuso on your right at 4 Chome-91 Shirakabe.

• Bus

  From Nagoya Station, go to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Look for the bus stop for the Meitetsu Bus bound for 'Shirakabe' or 'Nagoya Kinko'. Board the bus and get off at the Shirakabe stop. After disembarking, walk east on Shirakabe Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Cultural Path Hyakka Hyakuso, which will be on your left at 4 Chome-91 Shirakabe.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Sakae or Hisaya Odori, you can walk to Cultural Path Hyakka Hyakuso. From Sakae, head north along Hisaya Odori Street until you reach Shirakabe Street. Turn left on Shirakabe Street, and after a short walk, you will see Cultural Path Hyakka Hyakuso at 4 Chome-91 Shirakabe. This walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
