Car
From Omi, get onto Route 19 (also known as the Chuo Expressway). Follow Route 19 heading northwest towards Matsumoto City. After approximately 30-40 minutes, take the exit for Matsumoto City. Continue on Route 19 until you see signs for Matsumoto City Alps Park. Follow the signs for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at 2455-11 Arigasaki, Matsumoto, Nagano 390-0861. There is parking available at the park, which may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
Take a train from Omi Station to Matsumoto Station. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arriving at Matsumoto Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal. Take the Matsumoto Community Bus (Alps Park Route) that goes directly to Matsumoto City Alps Park. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes and the fare is around 500 yen. Get off at the Matsumoto City Alps Park stop, and you will be at your destination.
