Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from central Omi, head northwest on Route 19. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach Matsumoto. Once in Matsumoto, follow signs for Route 15. After about 5 kilometers, turn onto Route 143 and continue for another 3 kilometers. The Yasuka Museum will be on your right at 2 Chome-1-27 Kitafukashi. Please note that parking is available nearby, but there may be a small fee.

  • Public Transport (Train)

    From Omi Station, take the JR Chuo Line towards Nagoya. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Matsumoto Station. From Matsumoto Station, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a local bus (Bus No. 1) towards Kitafukashi, getting off at the Kitafukashi stop. The Yasuka Museum is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at 2 Chome-1-27 Kitafukashi.

    If you prefer to travel by bus directly from Omi, you can take a local bus to Matsumoto. Buses run regularly from Omi Bus Terminal to Matsumoto Bus Terminal. The trip takes approximately 1 hour. After disembarking at the Kitafukashi stop, walk for about 5 minutes to reach Yasuka Museum at 2 Chome-1-27 Kitafukashi.
