    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Omi. Head north on Route 158 towards Matsumoto. After about 30 minutes, merge onto Nagano Expressway. Take the Matsumoto Exit, and follow the signs to Matsumoto City. Once in the city, continue on Route 15 until you reach the intersection with Satoyamabe. Turn left onto Satoyamabe and drive for about 1.5 kilometers. The Matsumoto Mingeikan Folk Art Museum will be on your left, at the address 1313-1 Satoyamabe.
