As you enter the city, look for Agata 3 Chome on your left. Turn left onto Agata 3 Chome, and after a short distance, you will find Old System High School Memorial Hall at 3 Chome-1-1 Agata, Matsumoto, Nagano 390-0812. Parking is available near the hall, but may incur a small fee.
