If you're driving, start from the center of Omi and head northwest on Route 19. After approximately 20 minutes, follow the signs for Matsumoto. Once in Matsumoto, continue to Route 143. As you enter the city, look for Agata 3 Chome on your left. Turn left onto Agata 3 Chome, and after a short distance, you will find Old System High School Memorial Hall at 3 Chome-1-1 Agata, Matsumoto, Nagano 390-0812. Parking is available near the hall, but may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach the Old System High School Memorial Hall by train, start at Omi Station. Take the JR Shinonoi Line towards Matsumoto Station. The journey takes around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Matsumoto Station, exit the station and head toward the bus terminal located outside the station. Take Bus No. 1 or No. 2 towards Agata 3 Chome. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Agata 3 Chome bus stop, and the Old System High School Memorial Hall will be within walking distance. Please check the bus schedule as it may vary.
