    If you're driving, start from central Settsu. Enter the nearest major road, Route 171, and head north toward Kyoto. Follow Route 171 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 towards Kyoto. Continue for about 5 kilometers, then take the exit towards Sakyo Ward. Follow the signs for Sakyo Ward, and then navigate to Shizuichiichiharacho. The Kawashima Textile Museum is located at 265 Shizuichiichiharacho, and you should find parking available nearby.
