Continue for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes until you reach the town of Kamijima. Once you arrive in Kamijima, look for the signs directing you to Uoshimaichibankochi. Drive onto the ferry terminal at Kamijima to catch a ferry to Uo Island. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal; expect to pay around 1,000 yen for a round trip. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance as it may vary.

For those using public transportation, take a train from Matsuyama Station to Iyo-Saijo Station. This journey takes approximately 1 hour. From Iyo-Saijo Station, take a local bus to Kamijima, which may take another 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once at Kamijima, walk to the ferry terminal to catch the ferry to Uo Island. Be aware of the ferry schedule, as there may be limited services, and the round trip fare is about 1,000 yen.
