If you are driving from central Wakasa, head west on Route 8. Continue straight for about 30 kilometers. Once you reach Nagahama, take the Kinomoto exit (exit 10) and follow the signs for Kinomoto. Drive on Route 161 for approximately 6 kilometers, and you will find Kinomoto Jizo-in Joshin-ji Temple at 944番地 Kinomotocho Kinomoto, Nagahama, Shiga 529-0425. There is parking available near the temple.

From Wakasa Station, take the JR Kosei Line towards Nagahama. This train runs approximately every 30 minutes and the journey takes about 25 minutes. Get off at Kinomoto Station. From Kinomoto Station, it is about a 15-minute walk to Kinomoto Jizo-in Joshin-ji Temple. Head west on Route 161, then turn right at the first intersection. The temple will be on your left. Be sure to check the train schedule in advance, as services may vary.
