If you're driving from Wakasa, head north on Route 27. After about 30 minutes, take the exit toward Route 8. Continue on Route 8 for approximately 20 minutes until you reach Nagahama. Follow signs to Kinomotocho Ishimichi and turn left onto Route 303. Shakudoji will be on your right at the address Kinomotocho Ishimichi, Nagahama, Shiga 529-0412. Parking is available on-site.
