    From the main entrance of Seneca Creek State Park, head south on MD-355 S (Frederick Road) for approximately 5 miles until you reach I-270 S. Merge onto I-270 S and continue for about 12 miles. Take exit 1B to merge onto I-495 S toward Richmond. After about 8 miles, take exit 22B to merge onto I-295 S toward Richmond. Continue for about 2 miles, then take exit 1 for South Capitol St toward the Nationals Park. Follow South Capitol St SE for about 1 mile, and Nationals Park will be on your right at 1500 South Capitol St SE, Washington, DC.

  • Public Transportation

    Start at the Seneca Creek State Park Visitor Center and walk to the nearest bus stop. Take the Ride On Bus Route 55 toward the Shady Grove Metro Station. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the Shady Grove Metro Station. From there, take the Red Line Metro train toward Glenmont and transfer at Gallery Place-Chinatown Station to the Yellow Line toward Greenbelt. Ride to the Navy Yard-Ballpark Station. Once you exit the Metro, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Nationals Park. Just head south on 1st St SE, then turn left onto N St SE, and finally turn right onto South Capitol St SE. The park will be on your left at 1500 South Capitol St SE.
