At the bottom, turn left and walk along the promenade until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the bus number 100 towards Nice and get off at the stop named 'Nice - Parc du Château'. From there, follow the signs to Parc du Château Escalier, which is a short walk uphill.
