    From La Rousse, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue Princesse Grace. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. This bus will take you along the coast and offer some beautiful views. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Promenade des Anglais / Parc Phœnix' stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes on Promenade des Anglais until you reach Parc Phœnix at 405 Prom. des Anglais.

    Starting from the Casino de Monte-Carlo, head down Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards the coast. Continue straight onto Avenue Princesse Grace, and follow this road as it curves along the coast. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the 'Promenade des Anglais'. Turn left and continue walking until you arrive at Parc Phœnix, located at 405 Prom. des Anglais.

    From La Rousse, make your way to the nearest tram stop at 'Gare de Monaco'. Take tram line T2 towards 'Nice'. After about 25 minutes, get off at 'Jean Médecin' station in Nice. From there, transfer to bus number 100 toward 'Monaco'. Get on the bus and ride for 10 minutes, getting off at 'Promenade des Anglais / Parc Phœnix'. Walk straight for 5 minutes to reach the park.
