    Walking

    From the center of La Rousse, head west along Av. de la Costa. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Av. Princesse Grace. Follow this road as it curves along the coastline. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Promenade des Anglais. Keep walking straight until you reach the bus stop marked 'Antibes'.

    From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop 'Monte Carlo' on Av. de la Costa. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 30-35 minutes. Get off at 'Antibes' bus stop. From there, walk towards Av. du 11 Novembre, which is a short 10-minute walk straight ahead. The Fort Carré will be on your left.

    Train

    Walk to the nearest train station, Monaco-Monte-Carlo. From La Rousse, it’s about a 20-minute walk. Once at the station, take a train towards Antibes. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Antibes train station, exit and walk towards Av. du 11 Novembre, which is a 15-minute walk from the station. The Fort Carré will be on your left.
