From the center of La Rousse, head towards the seafront by walking down Avenue Princesse Grace. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the avenue. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard du Jardin Exotique. Keep walking straight until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork onto Avenue de la Madone. Follow this road until you reach the border with Menton. Once you're in Menton, continue straight onto Rue des Sablettes, which will lead you directly to Plage des Sablettes.

From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenue Princesse Grace. Take bus line 100 (direction Menton) and enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Menton - Sablettes stop. From there, it's a short walk down Rue des Sablettes, which will lead you directly to Plage des Sablettes.
