Walking
From the center of La Rousse, head south towards the coastal road, Boulevard du Larvotto. Once you reach the Boulevard, turn left and follow it along the coastline. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout at the end of the boulevard. From there, take the bus to Nice, which will take you to the city center. Once you arrive in Nice, head towards Place Massena. From Place Massena, walk towards Avenue de Verdun, and then turn left onto Rue de l'Opéra. Continue straight until you reach Plassa Carlou Aubert. The Promenade du Paillon will be right in front of you.
Bus
From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Boulevard du Larvotto. Board Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Nice - Place Massena'. Once you disembark, walk towards Avenue de Verdun, and turn left onto Rue de l'Opéra. Continue straight until you reach Plassa Carlou Aubert, where the Promenade du Paillon is located.
