Walking
From the center of La Rousse, head towards the coast by walking down Avenue de la Madone. Continue straight until you reach the Promenade des Anglais. Turn left and follow the promenade until you reach the junction with Rue de France. Turn right onto Rue de France, which will take you towards the train station. From there, you can take a train to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat train station, exit and walk towards the coast. Keep walking along Avenue de la Gare until you reach Chem. des Douaniers. The Sentier du Littoral is accessible from this road.

From La Rousse, make your way to a nearby bus stop. Take bus line 100 towards Menton. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes and get off at the stop 'Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat'. Once you disembark, walk towards the coast along Avenue des Carabiniers. Continue until you reach Chem. des Douaniers. The entrance to the Sentier du Littoral will be clearly marked along this route.
