Walking
From the Casino de Monte-Carlo, head east on Boulevard de la République towards Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenue de la Costa and follow it until you reach the seafront. Turn left onto Boulevard Louis II and walk along the promenade. Keep walking until you reach the entrance of the Port of Monaco. Cross the harbor area, and you will find the bus stop 'Port de Nice' nearby. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Nice - Gare Routière'. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas de Nice. Head east on Avenue de Verdun, then turn left onto Avenue Nicolas II, and you'll see the cathedral on your right.

From Monte Carlo, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Monte Carlo - Gare Routière'. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. This bus runs frequently and will take you directly to Nice in about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice, get off at 'Nice - Gare Routière'. After disembarking, exit the bus station and walk east on Avenue de Verdun. Turn left onto Avenue Nicolas II, where you will find the Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas de Nice a short distance away on your right.

Head to the Monte Carlo train station, 'Gare de Monaco'. Purchase a ticket for a regional train to Nice Ville. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville, exit the station and walk towards Avenue de Verdun. Follow the avenue eastward, and then turn left onto Avenue Nicolas II. The Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas de Nice will be a short walk down the road on your right.
