Depending on your starting point, it may take about 1.5 to 2 hours to walk to Virginia Beach. Follow the river pathway until you reach the oceanfront area, then walk north along the beach until you arrive at Neptune Statue at 3101 Atlantic Ave.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Norfolk. Start your journey heading towards the Elizabeth River Trail, which will take you close to the waterfront. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection of Atlantic Ave and 31st St in Virginia Beach, where you can park your bike. From there, it’s a short walk south on Atlantic Ave to reach the Neptune Statue at 3101 Atlantic Ave.
