From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop serving the #1 or #4 NJ Transit bus routes. You can catch the #1 bus at the Yonkers Train Station or along South Broadway. Board the bus and travel towards Jersey City. Make sure to tell the bus driver you want to stop at the Liberty State Park area. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you get off at the Liberty State Park stop, walk towards Audrey Zapp Drive. The Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal is a short walk along the waterfront.

Walk to the Yonkers Train Station and take a NJ Transit train on the Hoboken Line towards Hoboken. You will need to transfer at Hoboken for the PATH train. Once at Hoboken, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center and get off at the Exchange Place station. From there, transfer to the Light Rail and take it to the Liberty State Park station. After disembarking, head towards Audrey Zapp Drive, where the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal is located.
