Walking
If you are starting from Nelson city center, head towards the Nelson Market area on Montgomery Square. From there, take a right onto Trafalgar Street and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Cross over Bridge Street and continue onto Hardy Street. Follow Hardy Street until it turns into St. Vincent Street. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Waimea Road. Turn left onto Waimea Road and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will eventually reach the Stoke area. Continue straight until you see the signs for Tussock Place, where Nelson's Twin Rooves is located. The walk will take approximately 45-60 minutes.

From the Nelson city center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Trafalgar Street. Catch the 'Stoke' bus, which runs frequently. Inform the driver you want to get off near Tussock Place. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards Tussock Place, following the signs. Nelson's Twin Rooves will be a short walk from the bus stop.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Nelson city. Start by biking down Trafalgar Street towards Bridge Street.
