From the center of Wanaka, start at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 103 Ardmore Street. Head southwest on Ardmore Street towards the lakefront. Continue along the lakefront path, enjoying beautiful views of Lake Wanaka. Follow the path as it curves north along the lake, leading you to the start of the Glendhu Bay Track. This track will take you directly towards Glendhu Bay Lookout, which is approximately a 1.5-hour walk from the lakefront.
