From the center of Rivas, head to the main bus terminal (Terminal de Rivas) located near the central park. Look for the buses heading to San Jorge. Once you arrive at San Jorge, you will need to transfer to a bus going to Pérez Zeledón. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Quebradas de Pérez Zeledón. The journey can take about 2-3 hours depending on the traffic. Once you arrive at Quebradas de Pérez Zeledón, you can ask locals for directions to the Quebradas Biological Center, which is located north of the town. Follow the main road and look for signs indicating the biological center.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Rivas. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. Request to go to Quebradas de Pérez Zeledón, and the driver will take you there directly. The taxi ride can take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. It's advisable to confirm with the driver that they are familiar with the Quebradas Biological Center location.
