Getting There

Car
From the city of Cusco, head southwest on Avenida de la Cultura toward Av. Huaynapata. Merge onto Route 3S and follow it for approximately 50 kilometers. You'll pass through the town of Urcos and continue along the road until you reach the junction toward Puno. Take a left onto the road toward Puno (Route 3S) and continue for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Laguna Pampamarca. The final stretch requires you to turn onto a dirt road; be cautious as it may be bumpy. The location is approximately 5 kilometers down this road.

From the main bus terminal in Cusco, take a bus heading to Urcos. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes and costs around 5-10 soles.
