Getting There

  • Car

    From Cusco city center, head east on Av. de la Cultura toward Av. Huayruropata. Continue on this road for about 20 km. You will pass through the town of Oropesa. After Oropesa, follow the signs for Puno on the Route 3S. After approximately 60 km, look for signs indicating Raqchi. Take the exit toward Via de Acceso Raqchi. The temple is located about 5 km down this access road. Make sure to have a map app ready to assist with navigation and check for any tolls along the route.

    To reach Raqchi using public transportation, go to the main bus terminal in Cusco, known as 'Terminal Terrestre'. Look for buses heading to Puno or Sicuani, as they will pass near Raqchi.
