From the entrance of Machu Picchu, head towards the main path leading out of the archaeological site. Follow the signs for 'Aguas Calientes' and make sure to stay on the trail. The hike will take you downhill for about 30-45 minutes until you reach the town of Aguas Calientes. Once in Aguas Calientes, ask locals for directions to the Baños Termales de Cconoc, as they are familiar with the hot springs. The hot springs are located approximately 10-15 minutes from the main square of Aguas Calientes, and you can either walk or take a local taxi.

Once in Aguas Calientes, start at the Plaza Manco Capac, the main square. Head east towards Av. Pachacutec and then take a left onto this road. Continue straight until you reach the hot springs, which will be marked with signs. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes and is quite scenic, with views of the surrounding mountains.
