Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main entrance of Machu Picchu, head towards the exit pathway. Follow the signs pointing towards Aguas Calientes. As you walk, enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After approximately 30 minutes of walking downhill, you will reach the town of Aguas Calientes. Continue straight through the town's main street, Avenida Pachacutec. Keep walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road, and after a short walk, you will find the Machu Picchu Center on your right side.
