From the Sintra train station, exit and head towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Alfredo da Costa). Turn right and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua das Padarias. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach R. São Lourenço. The Convent of Our Lady of Arrábida will be on your left.

From the Sintra train station, look for the bus stop located just outside the station. Take bus number 435 towards 'Colares'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Arrábida' stop. From there, walk back about 200 meters along R. São Lourenço, and you will find the Convent of Our Lady of Arrábida on your left.
